Why are apples not suitable for wild rabbits to eat?

There are about 25 g of carbs in total in a medium-sized apple, and around 19 g of that is sugar according to the US Department of Agriculture(USDA).

Wild rabbits should not eat apples or any other sugary fruit, like tomatoes. These rabbits are organisms that naturally have a body system that adapts to the ecosystem. They are accustomed to finding food and eating it. But the domestic rabbits are completely different from them. Also, domestic rabbits have emerged as a new invention, crossing two breeds of rabbits. therefore, apples that can be given domestic rabbit breeds, but apple is not suitable for wild rabbits.
